Eesti People to People specialises in media and information literacy, digital education, and democratic engagement, countering disinformation and fostering critical thinking.
Objectives
The goal of the project is to equip adult educators with AI-powered tools and innovative training methods to combat online disinformation among adult learners vulnerable to disinformation and radicalisation. By delivering a structured digital literacy program with innovative AI tools, this project will empower educators to engage marginalised groups, enhance critical thinking, and foster community resilience against radicalisation.
The concrete objectives are:
- Develop a non-formal learning program for adult educators with digital, pedagogical, and civic competence
- Create interactive digital learning tools to strengthen critical thinking of vulnerable adults
- Organise workshops to enhance understanding of persuasion techniques, cognitive biases, and emotional manipulation
- Disseminate program, toolkit, and recognition mechanisms via social networks and public events

The webinar will bring together adult educators, communication scientists, community leaders, and policymakers, to discuss best practices and innovative approaches to combating disinformation.
Online Workshops: “Leadership in Disinformation Resistance”
Interactive workshops will train adult educators on disinformation tactics, propaganda techniques, and resistance strategies. Participants will gain advanced skills to mentor young adults and foster disinformation resilience.
