Blended Partner Meeting in Haarlem

On November 5, our project team held a blended coordination meeting in Haarlem, bringing together partners from the Netherlands and Lithuania in person, while colleagues from Slovenia and Estonia joined us online. This hybrid format allowed us to maintain strong collaboration and continuity in our work, while ensuring accessibility for all partners.

The meeting focused on three key areas:

1. Website Design and User Experience
We reviewed the structure and visual approach for the project website, ensuring that it will provide clear, engaging, and accessible information for adult educators and learners. The team discussed improvements to visual identity, layout, and the inclusion of project resources and updates.

2. Dissemination Strategy
To ensure our project outcomes reach the communities that need them most, we refined our dissemination plan. This includes targeted outreach to adult educators, journalists, patients advocacy groups and social media channels across partner countries, as well as local engagement events and knowledge-sharing sessions.

3. Finalizing the Online Course for Adult Educators
One of the major outputs of the project—the online course designed to support adult educators in addressing online antisocial behaviour among teenagers—reached its final planning stage. We agreed on module structure, learning outcomes, and the timeline for content creation and pilot testing. This course will offer practical tools, psychological insights, and strategies for supporting safe and positive online engagement.

It was a pleasure to meet with our trusted partners from Non-formal Learning Club WE and Soyka NL offline. The in-person exchange brought warmth, creativity, and renewed motivation to our collaboration.

We are already looking ahead to our transnational project meeting in February 2026 in Amsterdam, where the entire consortium will gather to continue building and strengthening the project.

Together, we are committed to supporting families, educators, and communities in fostering safe, respectful, and resilient online spaces for young people.

Stay tuned for more updates on our progress!
